How It Works
Every time you dine with Volcanos, whether it’s a casual meal with friends or savouring one of our signature steaks – you’ll earn points.
The more you dine, the more rewards you unlock:
1,000 Points:
Receive a $50 gift card for your next visit
3,000 Points:
Enjoy a $150 gift card and a premium 2-piece knife set valued at $120!

Here’s how you can make the most of your rewards:
Program Guidelines
Earning Points
- Every time you dine at Volcanos Steakhouse, you earn 1 point for every dollar spent! Collect 1,000 points to get a $50 gift voucher, or save up 3,000 points to receive a $150 gift voucher plus a Premium Steak Knife Set.
Redeeming Points
- Use your unique QR code to redeem points and claim rewards. Make sure you are registered in our system to participate.
- You can choose to redeem your gift card as soon as you hit 1,000 points, or save up for a bigger reward at 3,000 points.
- Once you reach 1,000 points, you can redeem your $50 voucher or continue accumulating points toward bigger rewards.
Reward Restrictions
- Points cannot be used to pay for your meal directly. They are only valid for redeeming rewards such as gift vouchers or premium items.
Tracking Your Points
- If you’ve earned enough points but can’t redeem them automatically, our staff can help process a manual redemption for you.
- There are no automatic notifications when you reach point milestones, so please track your balance through your account.
Where and When to Redeem
- Points can only be redeemed when dining in-store at any Volcanos Steakhouse location. They are not valid for online or takeaway orders.
Point Expiration
- All points will expire on 30 June 2025, so make sure to use them before then!
- Our system currently doesn’t send notifications when points are about to expire. We recommend regularly checking your balance.
Loyalty Program Terms
- Points can be redeemed at all Volcanos Steakhouse locations.
- Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to update the program terms and conditions, so stay informed!
