The Steak Cuts

We slightly infuse the steaks with flavour, using wagyu fat that it is aged in. Our current specialty steak is our Grass-Fed MBS4+ Op Rib Eye, which has been prepared with our special seasoned wagyu fat, this does not change the flavour of  the steak but instead adds a slight indulgent infusion of flavour.
