Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Volcanos School Holidays Grip Socks Giveaway will run during the following school holiday periods:

NSW: Monday, 28 September to Friday, 9 October 2026
VIC: Saturday, 19 September to Sunday, 4 October 2026

Entries must be posted during the applicable promotional period for the state in which the participant dined.

2. Grip Socks Distribution

Customers who dine at participating Volcanos Steakhouse locations during the promotional period may receive one (1) pair of Volcanos Grip Socks per reservation, while stocks last.

• One reservation = one pair of Grip Socks.
• The number of guests included in the reservation does not increase the number of pairs provided.
• Multiple or split reservations made for the same dining party may be treated as a single reservation for the purpose of this promotion.
• Grip Socks are available strictly while stocks last and are not guaranteed with every reservation.
• Grip Socks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Dine at a participating Volcanos Steakhouse location during the applicable promotional period.
2. Receive a pair of Volcanos Grip Socks as part of the promotion.
3. Take an original photo or video wearing the Volcanos Grip Socks during a school holiday activity.
4. Ensure the Volcanos Grip Socks are clearly visible in the photo or video.
5. Post the photo or video to a public social media account during the applicable promotional period.
6. Tag @VolcanosSteakhouse in the post.

The participant’s account and entry must remain public and visible so Volcanos Steakhouse can verify the entry.

4. Prize

One eligible entrant will have the chance to win:

1. $100 Volcanos Gift Voucher
2. Premium Volcanos Steak Knife Set

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equivalent value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Eligibility

The promotion is open to customers who dine at a participating Volcanos Steakhouse location during the applicable promotional period and meet the entry requirements.

Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. If a winner is under 18, the prize may be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

Employees of Volcanos Steakhouse and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

6. Winner Selection, Announcement & Prize Claim

The winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received during the promotion.

🏆 The winner will be announced on Friday, 16 October 2026, via Volcanos Steakhouse’s official social media channels.

The announced winner must send a direct message to @VolcanosSteakhouse using the same social media account used to enter the giveaway to claim their prize.

The winner may be asked to provide reasonable information to verify their identity and confirm that their entry meets the giveaway requirements.

The winner must contact Volcanos Steakhouse within seven (7) days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not contact us within this period, cannot be verified, or is found not to have met the entry requirements, Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

Participants should be aware of impersonation or scam accounts. Volcanos Steakhouse will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide banking or credit card details to claim this prize.

7. Social Media & Content

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that Volcanos Steakhouse may share or repost their submitted photo or video on its social media channels in connection with the promotion, with appropriate credit where reasonably possible.

This promotion is administered by Volcanos Steakhouse and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.

8. General Conditions

Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Volcanos Steakhouse may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, subject to applicable laws.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
