Reservations Policy
Please read our policy before making a reservation and kindly understand that your reservation is not yet been confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
- We give all tables a 90 min dining time.
- Tables will only be held for 15 minutes after the specified time of the reservation. After this time the group will not have reserved seating and will be required to join the queue, if you’re running late please let us know beforehand.
- We do not reserve specific areas or tables
- We require a credit card for bookings made for Friday, Saturday and Sundays. All reservations (any day of the week) of 6 guests or more require credit card details to hold your table. No amount will be debited from your card when making the booking, however, if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking or fail to arrive, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card.
- If we are showing as fully reserved on the date/time you are seeking please send us a booking request or contact us on 1300 787 737 and we will do our best to find you a table
Cancellations
- Should you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify us 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
- All reservations must be settled in one transaction
- We do not reserve specific tables or areas
- Tables are only allocated on arrival into the restaurant
- 10% surcharge applies on public holidays
- Bring your own cake is permitted but will incur a $20/cake cakeage fee which includes (storing cake, setting up plates, cutlery and napkins) excludes cutting the cake and serving on individual plates
